Open Access Volume, “Science and Innovations for Food Systems Transformation” Published

An open access volume, “Science and Innovations for Food Systems Transformation” co-edited by the former chairperson Joachim von Braun and the vice chairpersons of the Scientific Group Kaosar Afsana, Louise O. Fresco, Mohamed Hag Ali Hassan is now published.

The volume includes fifty (50) original, peer-reviewed chapters by the members of the Scientific Group and its research partners. The chapters provide science- and research-based, state-of-the-art, solution-oriented knowledge and evidence to inform the transformation of contemporary food systems in order to achieve more sustainable, equitable and resilient systems.
